Question spring break trip

So I went on a trip for 5 days and didn't do too much activity at all, more than usual but eversince returning home from the trip I have been soooo tired feeling like I haven't slept in 2 weeks everyday and I'm getting a good 13 hours of sleep a night. Is this normal with cfs? And how long is it going to take for me to re-gain my energy b/c it has been about a week and I feel no better?

Re: spring break trip

Did you kiss anybody, or drink from someone else's glass in the last 30 days?

Re: spring break trip

CFS is a disease that does not just happen over a couple weeks, you have to have extreme fatigue and other symptoms for atleast 6 months and rule out other diseases before anyone could/should classify as you having CFS.

Sounds like you might have mono.
