    "Beating Tiredness & Fatigue"

I'm new to these boards. I did a search on this topic, but I couldn't find it. I've seen "Beating Tiredness & Fatigue" advertised on the Internet ... I was wondering if anyone here has tried the program, or has known about it's results?

Hi! I too suffer from low energy and fatigue. I still haven't been diagnosed with anything. I was at White Memorial Hospital with my fiancee' all day practically just to find out that I'm low in my Lithium and Potassium levels. I drink a lot of energy drinks but the doc wants me to cut down to about 1 or 2a day. I've drank 3 or 4! They have too much sugar and too much caffeine. I hope that you will be healed from your tiredness. I hope you can eat as healthy as possible and excercise. That's a big help for us. I played ball with my fiancee' today and I felt a little bit of a pick up, but the heat does tire us out big time! I hope you get the medical attention that you need and may you have great success. Take care.

Always check yourself out for a sleep disorder first.. this will require you going to a sleep specialist. ABSM certified preferrably. Don't let a latent sleep disorder keep you chronically sleep deprived and thus chronically fatigued.

If we learn by our mistakes, I am working on one hell of an education.
