Question Humidity and Me Being Tired All The Time

I know I have this same post in general health but I wasn't sure if the Mod was going to move it to here since it is along the same lines.
So this could just be a simple answer to my question that I have to ask. Whye am I always so darn tired when it is humid out. I hate it there is always so much that I want to get done within my day but since it has gotten humid out I find myself needing to nap for about 2-4 hours in the middle of my day just to continue on with the rest of it. I am only 20 years old and feel as though I should be about this is normal to feel or could there be something really wrong with me? Now for example, today my boyfriend and I got up around 9:30 and we were in bed by midnight as usual, but then already at like 11:00 or so I was ready for a nap. Now I know that I am not pregnant so that is not why I am tired. Now it's only 2:30 here in PA and I feel like I could fall asleep in about 10 min's and I could probably sleep until about 4:30 or 5:00 maybe longer. I also am not on any medications at all the only thing that I take is my birth control. Thanks in advance...Louise
