Waking up tired? How do you cope? How do you folks get through the day if you wake up tired? Several times a week I will wake up tired, and I don't know why, bedtime and waking hours are the same. Blood work is fine. I guess it won't change, as I've tried various things, eating earlier, no computer/tv for several hours before bedtime. My question is what do you folks do to get through the day if you are tired/fatigued? Any tips? What a grand feeling it is to wake up refreshed, and I would try anything within reason to wake up every day feeling rested. |

Re: Waking up tired? How do you cope? You could very possibly have gluten intolerance, which can cause severe brain fog and tiredness. I have CFS and gluten intolerance. It helps when I don't eat gluten but blood work at a naturopath showed I have 3 different kinds of active viruses and he put me on Valcyte stating it would take 2 1/2 years to put the viruses back into remission. I felt the difference in a year but I have hypersensitivities to many meds and supplements and unfortunately, developed this problem with Valcyte, too. Drinking caffeine is NOT the answer. |
