i understand, it is a bit contradictory giving pain meds at a drug rehab facility. I hope that they do help you with meds and not just try and get you off of them. I understand you may need more rather than less. That is why I have avoided pain clinics as I am not sure of what treatment they would expect me to get by on. Not less definitely. I am sure I need the surgery and then physio. Allan
