Deal with that annoying 'flu'

Apart from the natural way to deal with flu which everyone talks about, as if we have all day to rest in a spa and get treated. Is there any other realistic way to deal with flu, that affects throughout the year???
Any one with any bright ideas, please??

Anything other than resting all day? Okay.

* Try to get about 8 hours of quality sleep at night.

* Avoid stressful situations

* Maintain a healthy weight (Don't overeat.)

* Eat a healthy diet of natural whole foods. (Avoid processed foods and get plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.)

In other words, you need to do whatever you can to strengthen your immune system.

Re: Deal with that annoying 'flu'

Thank you John for your reply..

Well i dont know where i can find quality sleep. I don't think many people get that quality sleep, not even successful people from what i hear..
We can't avoid stress.. its a part of life, isn't it?
I dont overeating is the problem,, cheap foods are unhealthy but most people can't or wont afford healthy foods.. And cheap foods are everywhere whereas healthy foods are rare...

But i agree with you idea about strengthening your immune system. There must be some way to improve your immune system other than some rare vegetable or veggies that dont fill your appetite, and you can get easily..

Have you tried anything.. Have you ever suffered with constant runny nose??

The flu isn't something that you just have constantly throughout the year.

It sounds like you may have some other undiagnosed condition such as allergies or sinus issues.
