flu for a week.

i contracted influenza type a last week. If you,re symptoms have gone like fever fatigue flushes...and you are left with a throat itch heavy raspy cough and blocked nose..what does that mean.

Because of the hot weather, I think fall allergies have been bad, but it's also true that a virus stays in your body for about 3-4 weeks. So, you may get so ebb and flow as your body fights off the virus, but stress or lack of sleep may allow the virus to flare back up before your immune system counters.

Very unhappy with flu season this year!
