Post swollen glands

hey everyone. i have some pretty nasty swollen glands. they are huge and tneder and i can't swallow. it hurts very bad. my mucus is 100% clear though. my dr won't give me antibiotics, and i'm miserable. anyone know of any good ways to get rid of these swollen glands?

No one really helped my out here on the forums man.

Basically yes see a doctor is first ALWAYS.

Otherwise i had the same case 2-3 days ago. I am recovering now... it was hell.

I say stay away from AIR CON rooms... dont drink anything cold... not good to drink alot of things.. mostly just water.
Also warm apple juice is ok... and gargle 80z of water w/ 1 tsp of salt 3 times a day.

Whats good for swollen? = ICE put ice on a bag over the swollen area to calm the swelling a bit.
