Exclamation Redness after a cold sore...

About six months ago I had an outbreak of cold sores on my nose, and two on my upper lip. Finally, after a few weeks, the sore itself went away but after all this time I still have redness where these sore were. Any advice on how to get rid of this redness would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
