    How do you catch a cold ?

    I havenít caught a cold for 15 years .

    Not because my body or my gene are different than other people ,they arenít
    But because i know for a long time ,that we have an immune system .
    And that this immune system we can keep it strong .

    first half , the food .i was making sport cycling . I have learnt that our body work efficiently only
    for one kind of food : the fresh vegetable and fruits .
    You know the one we buy in a fruit & vegetable shop plus lipids and proteins .
    The frozen food ,packaging food ,canned food ,it will just keep me alive ,but not keep
    me immune system strong .immune system ,important .

    then the first half solution : i have three real meal a day .
    Three times a day ,i have two vegetables one egg noodle or potatoes one fruit in my plate .
    for example one full tomatoes one full carrot two potatoes one egg one apple .
    You feel you just fill and powered a disease screen protection .
    That maintain your body in good shape also .

    Thatís makes 6 vegetables a day ,three fruits a day ,4 eggs .

    Often tomatoes cucumber and carrot green pepper ,cooked with oil .thatís the staff .Thatís
    powered the immune system .
    But not cheating with the quantity not like three slices of a tomatoes ,but the full tomatoes .
    I donít eat the green salad ,the cabbage ,the mushrooms too low nutrition .

    Immune system half on the top .

    Second half : i run jogging or bicycle in the morning ,or in the evening .Running slowly but
    running .
    But the problem is that often a joggings means a lot of preparation .
    changing clothes , wearing the sport outfit changing the shoes ,running ,
    And after going home again to change clothes again ,take the shower .
    Too much trouble for only half an hour jogging .
    That makes people stop thinking about jogging .The idea of all this gestures .
    And your evening or morning sport intentions are over .

    To solve this problem, simple ,i donít change my clothes ,I run on the sidewalk .always without
    any complicated sport clothes .
    Just with my daily office clothes .
    I just pay attention not running too fast ,doing so i will not sweat a lot .
    And often i run in the morning ,after the breakfast with the office clothes and leather shoes and
    the bag ,slowly enough ,that i donít sweat a lot .If i sweat a little bit ,i donít care ,that will not be
    so bad .Anyway I take a shower every night .
    seeing a men running with leather shoes and a like computer bag ,People laugh a bit nicely ,girls
    sometimes smile but never mock me .

    Immune system protection on the top .
    diseased protection screen loaded 100 % .

    I live in a metropolis center ,packed with many cars .But it doesnít matter ,jogging is always
    possible .The sidewalk is large enough for my two shoes .

    Thatís all .simple .Whatís your opinion .

    This text is long ,but it only explain eating real food ,and sporting five times a day half an hour .
    Thatís makes my immune system so strong .I feel always so happy after jogging for half an hour
    ,or riding bicycle for one hour .

    My mind is more fresh . I remember things better .Even my face looks younger ,no kidding .
    I just tell the truth .
    After a working day, just i exit the subway station or the bus and lets go for half an hour .
    No preparations needed .
    I run the five blocks around my building or outside the park.
    take my bag under my right arm ,and run so .

    I laugh at winter .Your little cold epidemic ,you dream ,you will not catch me .

    15 years of daily sport five times a week .Itís just impossible for me to catch a cold .
    Even doing so only four times a week . Itís impossible .
    Do you want to get rid of your cold or flue ? Itís quite easy ?
