Fever, headache, sore throat, cough and now a swollen lymph node

I got a little sick about one week and 3 days ago, it started with sore throat, i also had a small fever for few days (37,3C). When sore throat went away,i cough came, at first it was painful and dry cough but now it's better. I had some headaches too. Now i feel better, but i discovered one swollen lymph node(about the size of a little grape) in my goin area. Could it all just a cold or something or is it something more serious?

I have had similiar thing many times, always in fall or winter when it gets cold. My throat doesn't seem to like weather changes, it always starts with sore throat. This time it all happened when i was running and got sweaty and took off my jacket and after few hours i started feeling tired and my throat became sore. I wouldn't worry too much, but the thing that is weird is it's not going away.
