Are these all usual common cold symptoms?

Started two night ago when I started to get a sore throat.

Yesterday woke up with a pretty sore throat and swallowing a lot of drainage and a headache on and off. Along with feeling fatigued.

Today I woke up with less of a sore throat, more stuffed up nose, mild cough, and a heavy chest making it feel harder to breathe. (I have asthma)

Went to the doctor yesterday for a physical and they didn't say I had a temperature and didn't say anything looked wrong.

What do you all think? I've been drinking tons of water, drinking airborne, sleeping full nights, all the good stuff to get rid of a cold.

Sound's like the average cold but like myself (Asthmatic) our breathing is even more affected when we get a cold.
Make sure you use your Inhalers regularly. No doubt your Dr knows about your Asthma and checked your chest and lung's.
To help with the nasal congestion try Sudafed and "Breath Right" nasal strips to open up your nasal passages and help you to breathe better,

Yes that sounds like a cold or a flu. No need to worry but see a doctor if cough gets severe
