How can sis thin down her face?

My sis want to thin face down a little and sometimes its a little puffy. She drinks lots of water but lately it seems to be fill-in out a little more. What can she do to make her face skinnier?

Why would she want to? People pay $1000 to correct loss of volume in the face (esp, upper face) as it is one of the main signs of aging. That said, if she is overweight going on a diet and losing weight will probably help.

Hi donald Harris, Your sister may like her face just as it is. Many over weight people have fuller faces. She will become less full in the face when she loses weight, thats about the only way it will happen.

Re: How can sis thin down her face?

puffy face, whether it's swelling in the cheeks, large bags surrounding the eyes, or an overall moony appearance, is most often caused by something benign. However, there can be real physical reasons and this can be a symptom of something that maybe a doctor can diagnose..? It could be related to Hypothyroid, Cushings Desease, or Infection. Also, liver toxins can cause a puffy face. I also have a fuller face and always have, but the other poster is right, people pay for surgery to enhance their skin by having injections to "Plump up" their facial skin.

If it is not anything physical as mentioned before then could she be generally overweight? Some pople carry more fat in their faces, I'm like that, when I put on weight it goes to my cheeks and my face becomes rounder. I myself are working to lose weight, and I know that will also reflect on my face. I look more proportionate when I'm about 20lbs less, both in my face and through my middle.. Hope this helps.
