Night Pain with Costochondritis

Hi All,
Do any of you have pain at night? I go to bed and maybe an hour later I wake up with pain right where my rib connects to the sternum right over the stomach. It will usually not go away all night so, as a result, I keep waking up throughout.

Re: Night Pain with Costochondritis

Pain at any time, Night or day. Costo does not care what time of day it is. I also have FM so I take muscle relaxers and tramadol at night so I can sleep thru most all the spasms and costo. Try ice on your spine at the bra line just till the nerve starts to numb.
