    Mouthwash allergy?

    I've never done this before

I started using mouthwash last week and today I noticed 3 biggish spots on either side of tongue and slight burning sensation.

Wondered if it is possible to be allergic to mouthwash?

Not sure if anyone else has had that problem

    Re: Mouthwash allergy?

The alcohol in most mouthwash can be very aggravating to some people. Try finding a non alcohol mouthwash and seeing if it helps...Listerine and all the big companies make them and you can find them in the supermarket or any drug store.

If you are having trouble tolerating an alcohol based mouthwash you might want to consider a trial of Listerine Zero which does not have alcohol. If that doesn't help then there could be another ingredient that is causing the issue.
