Question on pimple on gum

Hello. I just had my teeth cleaned about 4 months ago. I had an abscessed tooth which I had pulled because it was in the very back on the bottom. A couple of days ago, I noticed my bottom two front teeth hurting a little and then yesterday noticed a bump on the gum behind those teeth...now, I thought it was because I have a canker sore below the tongue that hurts like the sickens and also, I flossed and brushed probably a little too hard behind those teeth trying to make sure they were getting cleaned. My question is, can harsh brushing or a canker sore produce a pimple like bump on the gum? Today I noticed that it has a white head on the bump. It's a little tender if I push on the bump but other than that, the canker under my tongue is about to send me to the moon!

Re: Question on pimple on gum

Wow...this d an happen 4 months later??? Really??? I drink apple cider vinegar and water every morning to keep acidity down because that's the only vinegar that alkalizes in the body and I'm assuming in the mouth as well. The bump has gone down quite a bit but has not completely gone away. Then I wake up, and I have an area on my gums that feels like a water bubble but isn't, but it doesn't hurt too badly so, I don't know what to think of it. I do take whole food vitamins and supplements. I have been flossing, oil pulling and brushing with him drops essential oil all which have seemed to help but like I said, its not completely gone away. I never thought months after a cleaning or extraction could cause problems.
