Tooth Loose

I am going to the periodontist tomorrow I am so nervous. The third tooth is loose I think from my teeth shifting from gum disease because my bite has changed. When I bite together I can see it move not a lot but enough. Do you think this will have to get pulled? Anyone have the same experience? Also if I look in the mirror and push on some of my teeth they seem to move slightly. Can this be fixed or will I have to get my teeth pulled?
Thank you I am a mess and my appointment is tomorrow
