    Swelling in my mouth

A few days ago I had a blister-like bump appear on my upper gum where my upper lip and gum meet (right under my nose). It was sore but none of my teeth hurt. I've been icing and doing saltwater rinses. I woke this morning and now the tie between my upper lip and gum is swollen an my whole upper lip seems to be swollen. Should I be concerned? With no tooth pain, is it a dentist or a doctor issue?
