melting teeth? diabetes?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had this problem? My bottom teeth are melting away! I have just recently been diagnosed as diabetic with CHF. I'm not a happy camper. My Doctor and I have figured I've been diabetic at least two years. So, has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions to help stop or at least slow down this process? Could this even be related to the diabeties or CHF?

Thanks for any and all input!!
