Need Help Bad....Very unusual problems w/ no pain & lymph node problem

I am at my wits end on what to do about this situation.

October 2005, I started having Upper Respitory infections with high white cell counts. None were related to sinus though. I think I have been on antibiotics six times since October.

Sent to Oncologist. I had a bone marrow biopsy which revealed lymphocytosis (reactive I think). The next day I had a PET SCAN which revealed a whole lot of inconsistencies around the mouth area. Alot of increased uptake dealing with INFECTION/INFLAMMATION in the lymph nodes and tissues in the area had inflammation also. It should be noted that none of these were cancerous.

The PET SCAN revealed several times that as far as the regions that were involved, quote "Recommend correlation for infection or inflammation referrable to the region of the teeth as from dental disease".

Of course the PET Scan is more more detailed about what nodes and tissues than I explained her.

My Oncologist told me to go to the Dentist, gave me a prescripton antibiotic (Clindamycian) for 14 days and see him in 3 months for another White Blood Cell Count Blood Test.

I have no pains in my mouth, no bleeding, no sores, NOTHING!!

I went to my dentist (as I did also 6 months ago) and they found nothing. The only thing that they noted (as in my last visit) was when they stuck the probe in between my gum and tooth, alot of the back teeth regsitered a 5. Which they told me was pretty deep. Also did special x-rays that showed no bone decay. Teeth and gums look healthy per dentist.

I have no-one to turn to, I have tried to contact Oncologist, but he will not return my calls. I know this condition can be serious. Dentist had no answers. Talked with my regular MD about this. At the end of the conversation, I asked him "Well, what am I supposed to do?" He responded by saying "Nothing can be done". I have heard other condtions can cause this (like Cat Scratch, EBV, get the picture).

Please keep in mind that my lymph nodes are not sure and they are just not nodes that respond to infection, they ARE ACTUALLY infected lymph nodes.

I do not know what to do, should I push to see an more experienced Dental Professional, should I go to some kind of specialist that deals with testing for undetected viruses. Or is this due to all of the Upper Respitory Infections that I have had.

We know it is in my blood obviously, because it showed in the marrow. I am so stressed out, having panic attacks and worried. I recently stopped smoking out of concern for dental problems.

Is there anyone else out there that can help.

Since I have NO pain in my mouth, I doubt there is anyone out there that can help. Is there anyone out there that has not had pain in their mouth, but have had infection in glands/nodes. I doubt there is, but there is always hope that someone can help!!

I am begging.
