Wink my weight loss & i take anti depressents & other meds.

hiya everyone. as some of u know ive been suffering from depression anxiety & stress for 12years. in january this year whilst taking prozac 60mgs & a load of other meds for anxiety, miagraines, back ache, i joined a slimmers class in england, in a city near where i live. ive lost 2stone & .5 lbs or 24 & . 5 lbs in under 6mths. i changed my eating habits & with this diet u eat as much as u like as long as its good food, not junk which i was brought up on. it is a diet which has all the stuff like vitimins, food groups are all included & my doctor seems very happy i chose this healthy living diet. im a bricklayer so i get plenty of exersise & i push myself to exercise or do more work. its hard when ur depressed but i manage to do it, knowing that im getting healthier & exercise is good for easing depression. i know how hard it is to exercise when depressed. im now on reboxetine 8mgs ( its really helping my depression. just wanted u to know as ive seen weight gain worrying some of u that u can lose weight or stay same & not gain. if i can do it anyone can. hope this gives u hope. take care. goldberg

I' Ve Got News For The Beatiful People

Hi goldberg. Im from spain and i started, weight loss and depression problems in plymouth whilest being a student. I was on reboxetine 1 week and had to quit it because it was like taking exctacy (i guess). i had panic attacks and thought i was gona die. So no good for me but its really effective reckon for certain people.
I guess exercise is the only thing that can help us lose weight, specialy to those of us whose weight fluctuate like an oscilloscope. Because dieting is not enough to me as i always end up craving for food in the end.
Anyway hope it makes any sense, bye for now everyone.
