Thumbs down like clock work... but not too bad this time

How long has it been since my father took the hinges off my door?
Seems like that had to be a month or more ago?
Well my mother took a vacation again so he decided to yell at me again.

I guess the person he hired to do some of the work I had been doing for free from 1990-2000 just quit on him.

He went on how it is my fault that he had to hire her and now it is my fault that he has to hire some one else
Bla bla ….

I realize it is probably hard to lose an employee, but what am I supposed to say to him?

I tried not to go on the defensive, I just said I am sure you will hire some one else.

Then he started talking about some note that he had left and wanted me to read months ago. Supposedly it had some thing to do with why he just gave my brother ~100,000 in a home equity while I get nothing. I told him I have not read a note from him in over 2 years.
Them he blamed my mother for taking them and hiding them and me for having to write them.

I told him I think both of them are crazy. Which I should not have said because what I meant is ‘impossible for me to deal with”.

Then that stuff about well your brother “asked” came up. I said remember I asked you to help me through the process of buying 3 years ago????

He said that did not count because he did not want to do that. So why should he

I said because you are my father???

He said ok he’ll do it now.

So all I need is that time machine.

Them he left, which is good or I would be feeling a lot worse now…

Hey my friend. Time to make a plan. Ya just gotta get out of there. Make a list. Number it 1 to 10. Start to work on it in the morning...... Get out. You wil go crazy if you don't.

Go build you own business. Be a success. Let him keep his operations and you do your own. Buy your own house, provide everything by your own efforts. It is the only true way to liberation.

Good luck,
Bruce

Thanks Bruce and DC.
I have got to switch the focus. You are right. I need a plan

I am so anxious that all I can do is work to forget my problems
Then when I have time to think, I get too anxious and jumpy to MAKE A PLAN.
Or too depressed… its pathetic…
But I do need a plan or goal …
I just do not know if I can even just make one let alone follow it,
But I will keep trying for a little while….

Did you ever hear that am radio show where the guy gave advice about financial stuff and life and business?

I think it was ‘talk net’??

Wasn’t that guys name Bruce?

Anyway that is what I think of when I see your name…
