    when should sexual drive return on wellbutrin?
    if at all.

    i am taking lexapro and lithium and started wellbutrin about five weeks ago.

    no noticeable improvement. too soon?

    up dosage? (on 150mg)

    or am i just screwed? (actually, not screwed)

    It might take 8 weeks to reach full potency in your system.

    I was on Lexapro and switched completely over to Wellbutrin. Oddly enough, my sex drive went down even further on it, plus I was so darn irritable, I finally added 5mg of the Lexapro back with it and I feel great. Still not much of a sex drive, but a little better.

    I have a sex drive on Lexapro alone, just couldn't climax...

    lithium is only theraputic when it reaches a certen level in the blood, pretty much why you need monthly blood test. The wellbutrin should be reaching its peak bout now but everyone is different
