I've heard a few of you talk about getting brain zaps, what exactly is this?

    Re: please explain "brain zaps"

The best I can describe it is a mild to moderate "electrical" current or wave that passes over me. I feel them mostly in my head and sometimes they are very bothersome; at times they can be fairly strong and occur with every movement I make. I don't know why I get them when I have them and I don't know why I don't get them when I don't have them.
