    Hi Ginli,
I eat lots of bread to get my carbs. I'm on a strict low fat diet 30grams or less. I don't know about the Klonopin vs Ativan I've never tried the Klonopin. The Xanax worked good at first until it burnt out. I hope the Ativan stays around longer. I love bread Ginli. I make my own and I make all kinds like oatmeal bread to apple cinnamen. Cracked wheat is the best. Well good luck to ya.

Well it's like this, Remeron gives you the munchies right after you take it. So what I do is take it and go to sleep and you wake up and there is no munchies. It doesn't make me hungary in the morning anyway. Maybe it will sombody else. I have heard of people gaining weight on Remeron. Good luck

    Hey Kyle,Gini,everybody..
I've been on Remeron well over a year..heavy doses uptill a couple of months ago.
I did make me more hungry than I was...but I had no appetite before because the previous AD I was taking was'nt working and I was VERY depressed.
I got around that much like Kyle, I substitued my favorite junk foods with something that did'nt make me fat..Beef Jerky. But I do watch what I eat..I am on a low carb, low starch high protein diet.
Except that I don't look at it like a "DIET".
I look at it as a life style change that I needed to make since my body does'nt burn fast like it used to do and I'm not working now so I have to exercise to make up for it.
I also am a big fan of B complex, Zinc and water..yes..WATER. I researched several problems I had and came up with one common thing..I was'nt drinking enought water.
The more cokes and coffee and teas you drink the more water you have to drink to make up for the water loss that they CAUSE.
Sounds weird, right, but its true.
    Anyway..enough rambling..off topic somewhat.
    Peace
