Please give advice

I keep coming home from work, or being out with my friends or boyfriend and crying.
At first I thought I was just being emotional but now im starting to get frustrated with myself and wondering why I am crying so much all of the time.
I don't understand why I do, but I keep getting anxiety and nerves also.

I want to stop crying now.
I suffered from an eating disorder a couple of years ago and I sitll make myself sick every day, but to me its normal.
I took an overdose three years ago and never got help.
I also had a miscarriage a couple of months ago.
I don't know whether it is all of these problems building up and hitting me without me really knowing.
I have a boyfriend but he doesn't give me much attention, I don't know if this has something to do with it too.
I have the doctors on Saturday but would love other peoples opinions.

Sorry no one has responded yet. Good luck with your doctor on Saturday, I hope you get some help. And please keep trying the board. I'm sure someone will be able to offer you some good support. Take care.

Re: Please give advice

Hello pixie06

It seems that you are building a proverbial mountain based on your explanation.

Please explain all of this to your doctor and see what advice he can provide(hopefully therapy is one of them).

Wishing you the best going forward

PS-Plese post as often as you feel;there's no maximum and know that you're not alone.

When in doubt, post it out.
