Cold feet & lower legs -

For some time now (4-5 years) I have been experiencing cold lower legs and feet , this only occurs in the winter and whenever the weather is cold.

I have talked to a few people about this and someone mentioned that niacin may help the problem , but as this person was only mentioning it I thought I would post on healthboards to see if it was going to help me.

I was also told it was probably due to poor circulation as I have had a diabetes test and the results were completely normal.

If niacin is to help this how much should I take and how often ?

If niacin will help I could also ask if it will help all long might it be before I results ?. If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know .

I will add that I do take medication for epilepsy (Lamictal & Gabapentin) and so whatever I do take must not conflict with that.

Thank you Craig
