Cinnamon and/or vinegar--how much and when

Cinnamon and/or vinegar--how much and when

I am not diabetic yet but my numbers are getting close to it. How much cinnamon does anyone take and what time of day and how long before it has an effect. Ditto for apple cider vinegar. I've heard lemon juice is just as good. Is it OK to mix this with a lot of water to drink it.

Cinnamon did nothing for me.
Vinegar tablets are strange for me. This has occurred about 4 times. I try them, the next day my FBG is about 20 points lower and is like this for about 4 or 5 days, then comes back to previous levels. I stop for a few weeks. I try again, it drops 20 points for 4 or 5 days.....Like if my body/liver got used to them after a few days.

My liver seems like the smartest organ in my body and won't allow itself to be tricked.

To answer your question, I take 3 Apple Cider Vinegar tablets at night.

One thing I find strange is the only study I could find on benefits of vinegar was a very short term study (1 week). This was done at the University of Arizona. I wonder why nobody published longer term results. If someone found some, please let me know.
