As usual, I agree with Ruth. To put this into perspective for you, a fasting glucose should be less than 100 (5.5 mmol - the numbering used in Canada, the conversion factor is 18)) and 2 hours after a meal should be less than 140 (7.8 mmol). If this was a home test, I would definitely see a doctor immediately. If it was done through a doctor's office, I would seek a follow up as quickly as possible. ER is also always a good alternative if you are spilling lots of ketones (most drugstores will carry ketostix that you can use to test with).
