How Can I Gain Weight Without Stress

My friends and family say i am too skinny and this worries me so much.i want to gain weight,please how can i do this without any stress?

I feel that the best way to do this is to see a nutritionist and be put on a plan that will encourage you to eat healthfully and choose more calorie laden foods so that you put on weight.
Are your friends and family worried that you may have an eating disorder? Is that something that you, yourself, are concerned about?

If you want to gain weight, then it is very important that you do it right. Binging on soda and chocolate cakes may help you gain weight, but it can destroy your health at the same time. I had a similar problem like you. So your strategy must be aimed at eating lot's of protein, taking food at least 3 times per day, taking creatine and use big plates

Include bananas in your diet, have paneer and tofu salad, include yogurt in your diet. All these food help to gain weight in a healthy manner without stress.

HI, I've had the same issue about how to properly gain weight in a healthy matter while maintaining a healthy diet/lifestyle.

After messing around and doing tons of research, I found that regular meals high in protein, certain carbs(if you're working out) and fiber is key.

I wish i had this problem.

Like others have mentioned, add quality calories. Maybe food like nuts and seeds or complex carbohydrates like buckwheat or rice.

Some Foods That Will Make You Gain Weight

1. Lean Red Meat
2. Real Nut Butters
3. Whole Fat Milk
4. Tropical Fruit
5. Whole Wheat Bread
6. Vegetable Oils
7. Nuts
8. Cheese

Above foods are helpful for weight gaining.
