Thumbs up What can help me reduce my body fat?

Hi, I'm not fat, when you look at me, you'd see I'm thin. I just have a lot of extra skin on my arms and legs. This is something I only notice of course. What kind of foods, fruits, drinks, etc. can help me get rid of this fat? I know exercise helps but I want go know what can I consume in specific can help me get there. What should I avoid? I want to lower my BMI (if I used that term correctly). I want to be able to see my veins peak out a bit out of my arms haha. Thanks!

Only exercise will help you reduce loose skin and tone you up...once you start seeing tone, increasing the weights will build the bulky look you are looking for.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can eat which will help. Eating will have the opposite affect and create more fat under the skin...of course you have to eat, so eat wisely, stick with VERY low carbs, plenty of protein and fresh fruit and veggies.

The trendy thing to take is apple cider vinegar. I can't say whether it would work for you.

    Exercises are the best options.

Skin and fat are very different!

If it is skin rather than fat, you can't make it go away with either diet or exercise. If you are young and your skin is elastic, it will shrink as you lose weight. Over a certain age, specific to each individual, or over a certain level of damage, skin will not shrink to fit your new body shape, If you don't have a lot of extra skin, lifting heavy enough weight to build muscle will fill up some of the skin with muscle and you'll look better, but the skin will still be there.

A clean diet and exercise, including weight lifting, will always make you feel better and look better, though

You can set extra activities in your daily routine like swimming, dancing, walking etc that can help to reduce your extra weight. But I have one different subject which not only help to lose weight but also make you completely fit. Yes, it’s true why not you try trampoline for jump exercise it not only creates fun but also make you fit and healthy.
