Anything to eat to help lose weight though.
 
I want to lose some weight though I am not sure how. Does anyone know if there are any things I can eat that can help with that. I am taking medication for anxiety which makes me want to eat more ya. Does anyone have any advice on this. Thanks.

More important than what to eat is what not to eat, control your diet, no sweets, snacks and fried food.I'll have breakfast and lunch as usual, but only eat fruit or nothing in the evening. Exercise is important, if only on a diet to slim down the body line will not be beautiful.:angel::angel:

What is your daily diet in general, including fluid intake, snacks, etc?

Drinking more water, every time you want to snack will help you lose weight. Water has zero calories... try increasing your water intake by at least double what you would normally drink.

In addition to what has already been suggested, be sure to get enough fiber in your diet. More fiber means more friendly micro-flora in your digestive system. The friendly microorganisms will multiply and will change your metabolism for the better.

So how much fiber do you need from natural whole foods? 25 to 35 grams per day, depending on the size of the person. Low fiber diets tend to fail in the long run.

Most overweight/obese people that I meet don't like fruit, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. And that's where most of the dietary fiber comes from. They might occasionally eat a very small portion of those items, thinking they are eating a lot. Of course if you don't like something, a little seems like a lot. So remember, you need somewhere between 25 to 35 grams of fiber per day from natural whole foods, not supplements.
