Dizziness/light headedness related to eating habits

I was wondering if certain diet habits can cause for people to always feel dizziness/light headedness. Can the following situations cause this? If you start to eat less food than you normally do? How about if you stop eating certain foods that you normally eat all the time? Or if you, especially in exchange for foods that you dropped from your diet that you would frequently eat, start eating foods that you normally wouldn't eat?

Sounds like low blood sugar, probably from not eating often enough. You should eat something every 2-3 hours (healthy stuff!! like fresh veggies, fruits, lean protein --NOT processed stuff like chips, cereals, boxed dinners, etc.). And drink LOTS of water (at least a half gallon per day).

    best wishes,
