    Something to chew on....

I am trying to find something to chew on that is very very low in fat , will not dissolve or disintegrate, and will not lose its flavor after a to keep my mouth moving...

i love to eat and I thought maybe if I could chew on something then it would help curb my appetite a bit...

    any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sugarfree gum is great..if it doesnt last long, another piece wont kill you! Or, chew the minty kind(s) and they will leave a strong mint flavour in your mounth, even after the gum loses flavour...and you'll be less likely to want something to eat~

Try licorice bark!! My dad used to chew on that. Looks like a twig and tastes of licorice and you just chew it for hours !!! Where you can buy them I don't know! - try the health food store or even a candy store.

By the way, licorice is VERY good for you, helps with sore throats, the colon, liver etc.
