Avocados, Nuts, and Salmon...
All of these things have monounsaturated "healthy" fats, but how much is too much? I eat avocados or nuts almost everyday and I'm wondering if I should maybe stop or just have them as a treat. However, I haven't noticed any weight gain from them and so I don't see a pressing need to give them up.

Today I had 1/4 of an avocado in my salad and yesterday I snacked on a few handfuls of nuts. I don't want to overdo the fat, but I think I'm doing ok, what do you think?

i eat all of those too..the nuts i eat the ones in the shells..but, i eat way more then that, i mean alot but, if your doing ok with them and, not gaining, then you are ok with those..try eating potatoes too..yum..oh yeah im also putting on some weight..eeyyyyyy
