Yes, I am admitting it: I am addicted to Frozen Yogurt. The good thing is, I almost always get the Carbolite kind that is not loaded with sugar and is low calorie. And if I get a topping, I usually get almonds or peanuts. Is it ok to keep up my "bad" habit? Hasn't done any harm thus far...
Anyone else share this addiction??

Re: Frozen Yogurt Addiction
Depends on what you mean by "keeping it up." How many servings a day do you eat? What are your primary goals, weight loss, health? If it's only one serving, and you are eating right the rest of the time, then I don't see why not! My addiction is chocolate, and my husband is a big junk food junkie and buys chocolate.

Re: Frozen Yogurt Addiction
I always go to the frozen yogurt shop to get my fix because I love the soft-serve consisitency. It's not the same to buy a carton of it. Golden Spoon is probably my favorite frozen yogurt shop...it's soooo good!!!!!!
I don't have it EVERY day, and I never have more than one serving in one day. But I still eat a heck of a lot of it!
I think you can keep it in your diet and still lose weight...
