I eat normally but i am abnormally skinny...
Im 16, male, 6'1, and i weigh 130 lbs. I am very skinny for my age and everything, but the problem is that i eat normally but i still remain super skinny. I dont have too much visible muscle but i have plenty of strength, and i generally eat a few times a day, its usually healthy food but occasionally i eat really badly which would normally cause people to gain a bunch of weight, except that i remain this way.

Its not really bothering me, i do the things normal people do. But its just strange that i eat regularly but i remain really skinny. I must have a fast metabolism or something like that. Does anyone have any answers to this, or maybe ways that i could kind of gain some weight. I work out every day and i generally do some outdoor activity every day too.

Keep your protein over 100 grams per day and start doing some heavy strength moves for your workout (high weight, low reps.)
Take advantage of your raging growth hormones (oh, to be 16 again) and flesh out your long lean body with some hard beautiful muscle!

And please, DON'T worry. Your metabolism will slow soon enough...SO VERY, VERY SOON ENOUGH!:D
