Are weetos healthy?

I eat about 4 small bowls of weetos a day with milk and am wondering if weetos are a good choice of cereal?

True lol. One or two bowls are enough. And eat other stuff next to this then. 2 much of the same ain't good.

Apparently they are 36% fat. Heres the other gibberish per 100 grams (i must eat about 150 to 300?):-

Energy: 1625 kj
384 Kcal

Protein: 6.2 grams

Fat: 5.0 grams

Fibre: 5.6 grams

Sodium: 0.27 grams

Is this bad?

Thanks for replies!

It is very very high in carbs. Pretty low in protein. High in fat. It does have some fiber, but it's still a lot. I wouldn't take it that much if I were you. Keep it to 1 bowl a day. Or at least 2.

You are eating other things next to this stuff, right?
