    What Losec, too much food? LOL

    Anyways here is what I ate yesterday


    Breakfast: Rice bar
    Snack: large glass of Vruit juice with a scoop of perfect green drink suplmement.
    Lunch: Went to Hoss's salad bar and got a large salad with eggs, a little bacon bits, light ranch, carrots, spinach, and cucumbers, a cup of chicken soup, and a sugar free cookie.
    Dinner: Lean cuisine veggie stir fry with brocolli, red peppers, chicken, peas, rice.
    Snack: Cup of brocolli with a tbs of organic full fat ranch veg dressing
    A plate of strawberries with a teaspoon of sugar
    an orange(had a huger sugar craving and sometimes I can be bad)
    Later snack, I had a whole bag of low fat popcorn with some a tbs of melted balance butter. Feel free to crtique, or comment!

    I'll post later what I ate today, since I obviously snack a lot at night, lol.

    Oh yah, yesterday I ate half of my 2 year old's fries and some of her grilled cheese at Hosses, lol.

    3 buckwheat waffles + penut butter (organic)
    with maple syrup 100%
    cup of warm milk

    lunch

    zuccini omelette
    4 slices of 5 grain bread (corn, buckwheat, rice, tapioca, millet)
    potato salade + green beans
    organic hot chocolate

    break

    banana
    string cheese

    supper

    turkey breast
    steamed veggies
    water

    tv snack

    maybe popcorn im not sure yet

    You said in the last food post of yours something like "TOO much Jess." Were you saying that I eat too much? Or I"m just TOO much, LOL. I think you were just saying that I"M too much, lol. I still can't drag that quote, like the copy and paste thingy yet.
    AND WHERE THE HECK IS THAT SIGGY!!!! I'm sorry that i'm not a computer freak like you are, haha, just kidding.

    I just looked at what you ate and seen that you drink warm milk, why, do you sleep during the day or what?lol Isn't that kinda bad tasting?

    hmm i dont remember i guess i meant that you are too much(so funny) ..i always drink warm milk in the morning and, i put a pinch of instant coffee in it, sanka or somthing..LOLLL Tell me, cant you see my siggy?? maybe your settings in User CP up on the top left corner.. layta

    Okay..this is my meal today haha

    Breakfast:
    Raisin bran and orange juice

    Snacks:
    Banana
    All Bran Bar

    Lunch:
    Whole wheat bagel with cream cheese
    juice box
    yogurt

    Snacks:
    Pear
    Nature valley bar

    Supper:
    Stir fry with sausage and a **** load of white rice (we ran out of brown)
    glass of milk

    Snack:
    aah, prolly frozen yogurt with a banana or somethin.

    and when i mean a lot of rice, haha i had a good sized bowl, but most of it stuck to the pan, so i nibbled on that which was more than i thought...aah, no biggy

    Okay here is what I ate today
    Breakfast: Half of a bowl of Kashi oatmeal(shared with my 2 year old)
    and a yogurt(fat free stoney field with flax)

    Snack: South beach bar(was in a hurry and wanted to eat a lot, i was so hungry but I had to go meet a friend and help her with an english paper she had to write)

    Lunch: Her and I went out to lunch at burger king since it was close and I ate a BK veggie burger with mayo, lett, pickle, hmmm so good, oh with water.

    Snack: bowl of grapes and a handful of barbq chips by sniders, YUMMMY!

    Dinner: Bowl of organic raisen bran with low fat Silk soy milk(I know not a great dinner I wasn't too hungry from lunch but wanted something light)
    Now, I'm about to watch a scary movie, and I'm real hungry so I'm going to make some popcorn and probably have a snack attack tonight, I'll edit tonight or tomorrow. Oh and I also had 2 cups of green tea with honey and I forgot about my green supplement so I'm going to drink that right now, yuk, it tastes nasty but it is supposed to be equal to 5-10 servings of veggies like chlorella, spirulina, brocolli, etc. Not a great diet today, but what can I say, it can be hard somtimes but you guys keep me motivated!!!

    Oh and Sammy, I love rice too!

    BK indicates burger king, sooooooooooo, what do you suggest that I order when I go out to eat, it was kinda her idea. I didn't want a salad for some reason. And what glue?lol You mean the bun? The veggie burger "itself" isn't made of gluten is it? How do I see your siggy? Brief instructions please!
    Oh, and i just ate a whole bag of popcorn with galric salt and tbs of balance butter(cholesterol and trans fat free). Plus my cal/mag and fish oil, amost forgot that today.

    Is garlic salt good for you? Like, equivalent to garlic itself? I guess I'll make a quick google cause I was just wondering, lol.

    Okay, I'm updating before I go to bed, a handful of trail mix, another yogurt, and like I said before, a whole bag of popcorn...these are my night snacks.

    coffee

    3 scrambled eggwhites
    whole wheat bagel w/ ff cream cheese
    baby carrots
    apple
    cup of skim milk
    Snack:
    apple
    100 cal pack of wheat thins
    Dinner:
    Boca burger on whole wheat bread w/ honey mustard
    cup of grapes
    side salad w/ ff catalina dressing
    piece of light string cheese
    Snack:
    oatmeal raisin granola bar
    apple

    you should make your own hamburgers at home, Jess... much better..I mean eating that stuff is really "passer" and, not to sexy..LOLLL I'll post later my day..i do have hamburgers lined up for tonight...but, you'r not getting any..all for me..
