    lol I didn't realize how it sounded. They're just the name of the cookies..kinda sweet and crunchy, by Peek Freans. They're really good- I doubt they actually have any ties to actual digestion, but I think they just market them like that, so they seem healthier..

    Okay, this is my day...

    Breakfast:
    2 peices of peanut butter toast
    Orange Juice

    Snacks:
    Banana
    apple,
    yogurt with raisins

    Lunch:
    half a sun from subway (ww bun, lettuce, turkey and white chees..im boring lol)
    Diet Coke

    Supper:
    Other half
    cam home from baseball..made myself a salad with lettuce, spiced almonds, croutons, cheese and italian dressing.
    2 whole wheat buns..plain lol...im a silly gurl

    Snack:
    prolly yogurt and raisins

    Hey everyone! I went on vacation over the weekend. We went to Hannibal, MO and went through the Mark Twain cave and did a bunch of other stuff. It was fun but I ate like crap all weekend. Oh well, I was on vacation . I got TONS of exercise though so that helped. I'm getting back on track today. So far this is what I've had...

    Breakfast:
    Cup of oatmeal with sugar free maple syrup and a little bit of brown sugar and skim milk
    Banana
    2 cups of coffee

    Snack (small snack):
    4 dried plums

    Lunch:
    Haven't had yet but I'm thinking a PB&J sandwich on ww bread, cottage cheese, and some baby carrots or maybe a grilled chicken salad.

    I'll post the rest later today. I'm really trying to stop counting cals and just focus on eating healthy. I swear I'm like a human calculator! When I had my ED I memorized the cals in so many things and it's hard now to just forget about that and not worry about how many cals I'm consuming. I know I never usually go over 2000, I'm usually a bit under that and I do need to start getting more healthy fats because I get very little fat. I'll admit...I'm still a little bit afraid of fat. I was just petrified of it for so long and it's just hard to all of the sudden start eating again. I am doing alot better that I was though. I weighed 92 pounds and I'm up now to 101 or 102. So I've gained around 10 pounds and I feel great! I feel healthy and so much better than I did before and I also look a whole lot better. According to most charts at 5'1" my ideal weight is 105 so I would like to get up to that. Please feel free to give me any tips/advice on my eating habits.

    Here's what I had yesterday:
    Breakfast: One of those South Beach peanut butter bars(glass of juice with perfect food in it, tbs of fish oil)
    Snack: Balance (cereal raisen things, like a trail mix) glass of fat free organic milk
    Lunch: Spinach and romain lettuce salad with gr peppers, cucs, peanuts, a little of Newman's ranch, and a slice of low fat ham cut up.
    Snack: Watermelon and finished my 2y/o wheat crackers with peanut butter(3)
    Dinner: 2 slices of veggie pizza with brocolli, tomatoes, red pep
    Snack: Whey protein shake with tbs of flaxseeds
    Snack: Popcorn! then yogurt and an orange later
    Today we are cooking on the grill and I know my diet is not going to be so great, but hey!

    This is what I had today:
    Breakfast:

    fruit and nut bar
    small vanilla ice cream cone w/ krunch on it (wasn't planning on having that but me and my mom stopped at our local ice cream place and I couldn't resist)
    apple

    Dinner:
    Tuna salad sandwich on ww bread
    1/2 cup of peas
    side salad w/ ff catalina dressing
    cranberry juice

    Snack:
    1/2 cup multigrain cheerios w/ 1/2 cup ff vanilla yogurt
    handful of baby carrots

    My day was good except for the ice cream. I seriously have to stop eating so much ice cream. I beginning to think I have an addiction, lol.

    100% maple syrup
    milk + organic cocoa

    lunch

    zuccini omelette(home made)
    buckwheat bread
    Rapini salad(with extra virgin olive oil + wine vinegar)
    water

    snack

    organic Liberte yogurt(peach flavor)
    banana
    cheese
    cantalop

    supper

    left over stew
    on bed of rice(lunbderg whole grain rice)

    I had a really really huge portion

    tv snack

    rice cakes
    organic hot chocolate milk

    cant get healthier then that

    toasted luttuce and tomato sandwich with cream cheese spread (couldnt help it) & yogurt

    grilled fish with steamed veggies and spelt pasta

    Im going to try my hardest not to snack at night cause thats where I really go wrong and binge eat! reason why im not losing any weight!!! does the rest sound ok though??

    Diet Pepsi
    Peanut Butter Sandwich on 7 Grain Bread
    1 1/2 cup Activia yogurt
    1 Nectarine
    1 Apple

    Snack - had soccer coaching session to run
    1 cup TGTBT vanilla soy milk
    Quaker Granola Bar - not very good for you, they actually taste like a chocolate bar. I buy them for my boyfriend because he burns calories like crazy!


    Supper
    6" turkey sub from Subway with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion and italian dressing
    1/2 bottle (~200 ml) of Nestea Iced Green Tea

    Snack
    3/4 cup Activia yogurt
    1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
    2 tbsp ground flax
    1/4 cup blueberries

    Not a bad day!

    Breakfast: 3 kashi oatmeal waffles w/balance butter and low sugar syrup
    Snack: Kashi cereal
    Lunch/dinner: Organic turkey dog, one small organic burger both on whole grain buns, side of mac salad
    Snack: Strawberries/cantelope and a yogurt
    glass of perfect food
    Not too great I know, but today will be better!

    I love these posts because it gives me ideas for new foods/meals to try! Here's what I've eaten today!

    Breakfast
    3/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce + 3/4 cup Source Yogurt mixed together. It sounds gross but it tastes REALLY good!

    Snack....well more like treat
    5 Peanut M&Ms from my secretary's desk

    Lunch
    This super yummy salmon mixture I made:
    1 can salmon
    1 tbsp grain mustard
    1 tbsp Light Helman's mayo
    1 tbsp chopped dill
    with 6 Stoned Wheat Crackers
    1 Nectarine

    Supper
    1 cup Light Cranberry Juice
    1 serving homemade Shepherd's Pie (made with extra lean ground beef)

    Snack
    My favorite snack right now!
    1 cup Activia yogurt
    1/4 cup fresh blueberries
    2 tbsp ground flax
    and one of my boyfriend's Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies - Oh dear! I couldn't resist!

    I eat a lot hey? I don't do the counting calorie thing. I just eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full. It seems to work though. I'm able to eat a lot of food because I'm active. I'm 5'5" and 137lbs. My BMI is 22.8 pretty much smack dab in the middle.

    Today was kinda bad but I'm having stomach problems, long story(I think most of you know).
    Breakfast: 3 Kashi waffles with low sugar syrup and balance butter
    Lunch: Organic chicken dog, small piece of organic chicken(from the grill, left overs)
    Snack: Kashi cereal
    Dinner: Half of Amy's enchilada dinner with beans and rice
    Some of my daughter's fries
    ANd I'll probably have some chicken soup tonight, my tummy feels like there's a knot in it. I can't explain it, but I get it from time to time. My grandmother had an ulcer, so I know that i better get checked. I tried "no gluten" and "no lactose" dieting but I don't think that's it. I hope I feel better tomorrow. Okay I'll tell ya, I had constipation and drank this chinese tea, it helped, but now my stomach is hurting pretty bad like it didn't help ALL the way. Can't really explain it well, I dunno. All I know is that I didn't work out for 3 days and it's killing me.

    Oh yah, I forgot to mention that i had 2 bananas with cinamon. My tummy couldn't handle any fruits or veggies today, can't explain it.

    1 glass red wine
    Soft serve ice cream cone from DQ for dessert!

    wow thats healthy! lol then again, im a healt freak aswell (except when it comes to diet coke..omg im gonna die from an aspartame overdose lol)

    Breakfast:
    Bowl of raisin bran w/ skim milk (pure usual)
    Orange Juice

    Snacks:
    Apple
    Special K Bar

    Lunch:
    Whole wheat sesame seed bagel w/ low fat cream cheese
    Orange juice box
    All Bran Bar

    Snack:
    Leftover blackforest ham..yum!

    Supper:
    foot long sub from subway (wholewheat bun, lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella, and turkey)
    Diet Pepsi

    Snack:
    Diet Coke
    Popcorn and Pretzels...and a lot of it. lol

    Snack: Veggie juice with scoop of perfect green supplment, watermelon, and strawberries, yogurt.
    Dinner: Personal veggie pizza
    Snack: Cantelope, cottage cheese and later a bowl of kashi cereal.
    To be honest, I'm trying to lose 5 pounds for summer but it's not a HUGE deal.
