    I had a pretty bad eating day yesterday. I'm back on track today though...

    Breakfast
    1 Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookie
    1 1/2 cup Activia Yogurt

    Lunch
    2 Nectarines
    500 ml H20 with liquid chlorophyll

    Supper
    1 can Perrier
    1 cup Rigatoni pasta with 1/2 cup 4 Cheese Sauce with ~50g Grilled Chicken
    1 cup Salad (Romaine lettuce, cucumber, nectarine, blueberries with oil and vinegar dressing)

    Snack after soccer
    1 can Perrier
    ~10 Tostito chips with ~30g melted cheese and 1/2 cup salsa

    I didn't think anybody was going to post anymore. I thought people were getting bored, lol

    Yesterday
    Breakfast: Kashi cinnamon oatmeal, bananna, one tbs flaxseed, 2 cups of coffee with splenda(I think I'm going to quit this splenda)
    Lunch: Spinach and romaine salad with Newman's Ranch, and a few pieces of low fat turkey meat, sunflower seeds, cucs, and diced peppers. Had a half a piece of an organic chocolate bar One cup of green tea with honeu
    Snack: Whey protein shake with green powder supp and a swig of fish oil
    Dinner: Small portion of pasta primavera with red peps, peas, carrots
    Dessert: HUGE plate of strawberries with tsp of organic sugar
    Snack: Yogurt and a bowl of cheeries Did you know that cheeries contain melatonin in them and can help you sleep?
    Did a "Firm" workout and I'm quite sore today since it was a new workout!

    I thought so too, but I wanted to post my "bad" day. I'm back on track today though. Had a good breakfast and lunch and think I'll make homemade pizza for supper tonight.

    Today I had.....
    Breakfast:
    Mini wheats w/ skim milk
    2 cups of coffee
    Lunch:
    1 egg on toasted whole wheat english muffin w/ low fat mozz cheese and ff mayo
    baby carrots
    cottage cheese
    green tea
    Snack:
    handful of honey roasted peanuts
    2 whole wheat breton crackers
    Supper:
    Ground boca burger on 2 slices of whole wheat bread w/ lettuce and honey mustard
    baked potato w/ ff sour cream and chives
    small side salad w/ ff catalina dressing
    apple
    Snack:
    banana
    cup of skim milk

    A pretty good balanced day. I got all of my food groups and didn't over do it with the sugar and I figured it was approx 1700 cals.

    hey guys! well, i was gone all weekend, and i went out for meals for most part. neways, this is what i had today:

    Breakfast:
    Raisin bran in skim milk
    Apple juice

    Lunch:
    Sub from Quiznos with turkey, tomatoe and lettuce...man i am boring lol
    diet coke

    Snacks:
    Apple
    Banana

    Supper:
    Salad with croutons, almonds, cheese, italian dressing
    2 sanwhiches with cheese and turkey.

    Wow...i am boring! lol!! but i like my healthy boring foods. tonite ill rpolly have popcorn and pretzels like i always have...

    Hi
    Today so far I had
    Breakfast: Bowl of spelt flakes with low fat milk and strawberries
    Lunch: 2 egg omlet with green and red peppers and one piece of whole grain toast(oatmeal) with balance butter and jelly
    Dinner: Mediteranean salad with olive oil mixed with lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper all mixed together as the dressing and on the salad....some goat fetta cheese, black olives, cucs, gr peps, baby spinach,and anchovies, YUMMMM! (new recipe I got from the net, I'm learning how to cook fancy things, and I'm starting out SLOW.
    Tonight I think I'm going to have some fruit, and some cottage cheese and poporn.
    OH YAH, and did an hour workout to Cathe, arms first for 15 minutes, then aerobics/leg work(intervals) for 45 minutes.

    piece of ww toast w/ low fat butter

    Snack:
    Baby Carrots

    Lunch:
    Sliced chicken breast on ww bread
    side salad
    orange
    cup of skim milk

    Snack:
    Apple
    5 ww crackers

    Dinner:
    Veggie burger on ww bread w/ mozz cheese and ff mayo
    corn (no salt added)
    green beans (no salt added)
    cottage cheese

    Snack:
    half of an apple (bit into a rotten spot then threw it out....ewwww!!!)
    a few baby carrots
    handful of grapes

    I did have to have a can of diet coke in the aftenoon because with no caffiene and limited sugar i was DRAGGING! I felt so much better afterwards!

    Here's what I ate yesterday:

    Breakfast: Kashi cereal and fat free milk 2 cups of coffee one with splenda and one with a little honey with carnation ff creamer.
    Snack: Large glass of very veggie juice with scoop of gr powder
    Lunch: Kashi oatmeal cereal, tbs of flax, and a few diced strawberries
    Dinner: Top sirloin with a side of spinach salad with olive oil garlic dressing(etc)
    Snack: Watermelon, yogurt, orange, a huge hanful of trail mix
    My tummy was really hurting yesterday, like bloating,constipation, etc. I look pregnant when i'm a lean person! I can't take it and I made an appt to see the gastrologist cause this happens too often!

    ANd Piscan33(sorry sp?), I wouldn't torture myself THAT much since you also quit smoking(I think it's you). Maybe only have ONE cup of coffee, and then wean down to a half of cup etc. Try one cup only for a week or so, then a half a cup for a 4 days or something. Just an idea, but if you can do it then that is awesome!

    I eat to healthy, so im not gonna put down what I eat..OH and, im never sick..

    Yah, I just made an appointment to see my doc to get an antibody test to see if I'm allergic to either lactose or gluten. It's on Monday the 13th so I'll let you know how it goes. Until then, I'm going to try to stay away from milk and gluten but gluten is in EVERYTHING! I'm gonna buy rice milk tonight cause I need my milk.

    So far today:

    Breakfast
    Woke up late so couldn't eat breakfast and then had to rush off to rounds for 8:30am.
    Had about 500ml H20

    Lunch
    Veggie sandwich with lettuce, sprouts, tomato, cheddar cheese and light mayo
    1 cup mango nectar

    Supper
    1 can Perrier
    Homemade quesidillas (wholewheat tortillas, grilled chicken breast, cheddar cheese, salsa)
    1 cup salad (romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, strawberries) with oil and vinegar dressing

    Snack
    6 Strawberries

    dont worry its not in everything..if ever, I will help, you know that

    wait, I think you'r gonna hafta eat alot of gluten if you'r gonna get tested for it..sry Jess.. thats life

    banana
    2 cups decaf coffee
    Snack:
    baby carrots
    Lunch:
    Low fat beef frank on slice of ww bread w/ honey mustard (all together only 100 cals)
    1/2 cup green beans
    1/2 cup corn
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    piece of reduced fat string cheese
    Snack(s):
    Apple
    ww mini bagel w/ reduced sugar grape jelly
    Supper:
    Whiting fillet
    corn on the cob w/ low fat butter
    small side salad w/ ff italian dressing
    cup of red grapes
    Snack:
    haven't had yet...but probably an apple and maybe some ww breton crackers or something

    Here's what I ate yesterday
    Morning: Oatmeal(kashi)
    Lunch: Veggie totillia(whole wheat)wrap and a bowl of chicken soup(went to Applebees)
    Dinner: Whey protein shake with water, watermelon, orange, cottage cheese
    Snack: Large piece of chocolate and some of these candy things(I know, I'm bad) I LOVE sweets.
    Did a workout dvd by Karen Voight called "Cardio Strength" which is interval training with weights.
    I'm going shopping today and trying a different diet, and trying a lactose free/gf diet for a while. Eating healthy requires a lot of shopping, like buying fruit and stuff very often.

    Oh yah, very veggie juice with scoop of veggie powder, handful of trail mix, fish oil.
