Smile I want o gain weight

Hi.I am 20 years old.And i need to gain wieght.I am 5'11" and 126lbs.My daily routine is just sitting in front of computer(what else would a software engineer do?).
I need help to gain weight.Advices,Tips,comments ,suggestions are welcome.

So the way I have done it is to eat good things and lots of them. Lots of fruit, nuts, fruit and nut bars, lots of snacks. Always make sure you eat 3 meals a day, and have nutritious snacks in between. Aim to eat something every hour even if it's just a piece of fruit. At the end of the day the way to gain weight is to keep eating.And it takes time, don't expect a sudden change.

Hi, Mike

Do you want to gain muscle weight or fat weight? Most guys I know want to gain muscle weight. In this case, you might try drinking a healthy protein drink and scheduling in some time for lifting some weights and/or jogging, swimming, etc. These are excellent ways to build muscle mass. How much wieght do you want to gain?

Just keep sitting in front of the computer. By the time you're 30, you'll be 176 and by the time you're 40 you'll be 226.

Pessimism is always helpful, Lenin.

Anyway, Mike, you should up your caloric intake dramatically. Carbohydrates pack a lot. Eat about 12 servings of bread/pasta, etc. a day.

Thank everyone.I don't want to be a wrestler.i just want to be of normal weight.i hate drinking those protien shakes.yuk.anyways i will change my eating habits.infact i've changed it 2 days earlier.i am drinking lots of water...eating green vegetables,lots of salid,beans,cereals,bread...and yes my fav fruit
