Fiber Fart?

Does eating lots of fiber also make you more gassy? I eat a lot now because I'm on a bulking phase of my lifting regimen and I am curious what is makign me so gassy, I'm thinking either the eggs or the soynuts. Because the soynuts are very high fiber and I remeber about two months ago I started eating these fiber tablets and they made me very gassy, any suggestions for fiber without gas for a celiac?
