Wink weightloss

Hi everyone,
Well here's my story.I lost 25 pounds over last summer by working at kept me to busy to eat a lot.I'm 5'2" and now weigh 175 pounds I have gained it all back .I want to know what has worked for you and do those apple cider vinigar pills really work?I just recently got married and am beginning to feel the need to look sexy for my husband which is hard to do you have a weght problem like mine.Don't get me wrong,my husband thinks i'm beautiful,it's me that is having difficulty with it.It' mostly because I've struggled with it for so long.It makes me want to cry every time I think about it.

Hi, I am also 5'2" and I weight about 189. I started weight watcher 4 weeks ago and have lost 12 pounds. (3 a week) I feel great and I feel like its something I can stick with. It's so incredibly easy to do. I haven't even started to work out or even walk but the plan is still working. I was so tired of trying all those diets and the little tricks to lose weight and I too have the desire to look good for my husband. He is so happy with my progress and he's happy that I'm in a MUCH better mood since I started. Trust me when I say it's simple! Check out the web site!

Hi there i tottaly have your problem with weight I think the best thing to do is skip the drugs and fads in the diet world and do whats best for your body if you go to a nutrionist they will give you a diet that consists of yummy foods to eat great recipes and best of all they set up a program thats best for your body and you can do little to no exercise if you follow your food guide right and even better is its cheap and also they tell you how its ok to eat desert in stuff just as long as its in proportion i recomend this cause its safe healthy cheap and its what a real docter recomends
