Question What's considered "One Chicken Breast"?

I've read some bodybuilding recipes, and a lot of them requires one chicken breast. What exactly is ONE chicken breast? When you buy a whole chicken, is it the entire heart-shaped chunk of meat, or is it half of that (left and right breasts?)?
Some bodybuilders say they eat 20 chicken breasts a day. If they meant the entire heart shaped chunk of meat on a chicken, that's friggin' crazy.
But if one breast is just half of the massive chunk, that's a bit more.....human.

I believe they are referring to the boneless breast of chicken that come in the packages. They are usually 4-6 oz pieces.

Chickens have two breasts...just like we do. So one would be only the one with us.
