Talking well...

I do all that ,I work out daily and I eat right and drink 2 gallons of water. Maybe they help alittle (I think chromium picolinate does reduce your sugar cravings-that is in S2) Its a persons own decision on whether to take supplements or not.

I totally agree with you. some people need a little help. i'm one of them, and i take xenadrine. i had a complete check up with my doctor. he said i was okay to take xenadrine. so i am. good luck

When I was taking Xenadrine before my doctor said it was ok to take too. I have normal blood pressure,so its ok. But now i am on Stacker 2,I m doing well on it . Good luck to it.
