Beef Jerky?
 
I have a question about Beef Jerky, I am looking for snacks but am tired of the traditional...Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Carrots, Pretzels, Peanuts, etc. Is Beef Jerky a nutritional snack to eat. If so, what kind should I get? I have heard that it is LOADED with sodium...do they make low sodium kind? Any info on Beef Jerky or other snacks would be great!

Don't have any brand recommendations for you just a bit of advice: if you eat beef jerky, eat only a bit at a time and drink something too [even plain water] especially if you're dieting. Otherwise the salts and seasonings [MSG, nitrates & nitrites] could trigger headaches and dizziness.
