    Post Beef Jerky?


    Hey is Beef Jerky considered a Junk Food? Is it kinnd bad for you when you eat it to much?

    The only reason that beef jerky is bad is because of the high sodium content. If you drink pleanty of water, and are not watching your salt intake too strictly, then have at it. It is very high in protein. I love the stuff, and use it as part of my daily protein intake. Get yourself a food dehydrator, and you can make your own, that way you can monitor the salty items in it........and it tastes way better.
