Post canned salmon: pink or sockeye ?

hey, do you guys know which of the two are better nutritionally, pink salmon or the wild sockeye salmon? I eat salmon for the protein mainly, but the fats are added benefit also. BTW, is mackerel any better than salmon nutritionally ?

I love salmon and cook it often. I think the sockeye is far superior to the pink. This is just my opinion.
