I have heard from many, including my doctor whom I just think is the bee's knee's, that taking calcium citrate with milk is a big no-no because it is not absorbed as readily, if at all. Has anyone heard of any other products (dairy, or other) that lessens the absorbtion of calcium? What about orange juice which already contains a great deal of calcium and with the vitamin C help absorb other minerals, does this include calcium.
A response would be awesome if anyone has any idea of what is going on here...
